Balanced is a clean, structured theme with clean lines and good … balance.  The theme features rounded corners, a fixed width design optimized for 1024 x 768, and is widgetized.

• Header.php - The title tag section was changed to work with two of the more popular ’search engine optimization’ plugins - All-In-One SEO and SEO Title Tag.
• Index.php - No change.
• Page.php - Changed the post title to an h2.  Also, the theme had some real problems with this page - it wasnt uniform with any of the others.  Whatever the case, I edited it to have the page be uniform with a normal post.
• Single.php - Changed post title to h2
• Archive.php - No change.
• Comments.php - Changed number of responses text to h3.
• Sidebar.php - Changed category headings to h3
