Balanced is a clean, structured theme with clean lines and good … balance.  The theme features rounded corners, a fixed width design optimized for 1024 x 768, and is widgetized.

Download Blutonium Enhanced 1.0

Blutonium is a 2 column theme with some interesting features - the right sidebar has dynamically opening menus - in other words, users can show or hide the sections they want.  Most of the work for SEOing this theme related to keeping the css pretty in that sidebar when I changed the sidebar headers to h3 from h2.
